In April 2020, in light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Businesses Against Scams was set up by National Trading Standards Scam Team.
Everyone within the Firm, has completed the online training and made a pledge to help take a stand against scams.
We want to support our customers through challenging times. This includes helping you protect yourself from fraud and scams. It’s important you’re aware of the many new scams around at the moment because of coronavirus, there are some unscrupulous fraudsters trying to scam people at this time. Coronavirus has led to a rise in fraudsters, capable of performing highly sophisticated cyber-attacks, they can be difficult to recognize. There are things you can look out for, but if you feel unsure or want advice please do not hesitate to contact us.
